William McDonald interview [sound recording]
William McDonald recalls his early years at East Arrow Park. His grandmother came to Canada in 1909 and the family followed in 1913. Recollections of the early years, the difficulties of settlement, and attempts at early fruit farming are discussed. He recalls the efforts of his family to find work, local industries, social activities, education, and the effect of World War I on the community.
